SPEEDKILL 2mini Album & The Cover Design

I'm also have another sides job, the jobs are to create and makes some progress management for the band. And the band is SPEEDKILL from Indonesia. And i've made the COVER DESIGN 2nd mini album SPEEDKILL.

Short Profile :
Berpuluh tahun berlalu setelah masa kejayaan itu, metal kembali lagi dihidupkan oleh sebuah band yang masih berumur muda. Berawal dari beberapa orang kawan yang sering ditemui berkumpul di Taman Suropati, Jakarta Pusat, yang resah akan perkembangan musik metal lokal yang dirasa semakin jauh dari akarnya.

Berangkat dari kegelisahan itu, maka Ambon beserta beberapa orang kawan-kawannya sepakat untuk membuat band baru untuk menyalurkan aspirasinya. Maka pada 24 Maret 2004 terbentuklah Speedkill, dengan personil Ambon (vokal), Wanda (bass), Ogie (gitar), Apri (gitar) dan Iyonk (drum). Nama Speedkill sendiri diambil dari lagu Soilwork, salah satu band favorit mereka, yang berjudul Generation Speedkill. Tahun 2007, SPEEDKILL mengeluarkan album pertamanya "METALLIUM A.D"

Sempat vakum karena kehilangan beberapa personilnya, tahun 2008 speedkill kembali dengan formasi barunya : ambon (vokal), vijay (drum), fii (gitar), indra (gitar), dan patra (bass).tapi tak lama setelah formasi ini terbentuk, kembali speedkill ditinggal personilnya, indra, yang harus meneruskan studinya ke london.

formasi terakhir dari speedkill tinggal 4 orang, dan sekarang sedang mempersiapkan repackaged dari album pertamanya : METALLIUM A.D repackaged \m/.

July 2010,  Gorilla Biscuits x Vans Sk8 Hi + Slip-On

 

Vans Sk8 that featured the childhood icon Mickey Mouse on the sidewall of the shoe. This next collaboration is with Gorilla Biscuits, a NYC-originated hardcore band that practices veganism and categorizes itself as “straight-edge” – meaning the band strays from drug use despite the band’s name being a moniker for quaaludes. The colorway of the Sk8 Hi features brown and orange with a light aqua midsole. A Vans Slip-On with a grey upper is also part of the collaboration.

Collaboration OBEY X FUJI

collaboration between Fuji and Obey...this is a limited edition Fuji Obey 54 cm fixed gear piece of gold.  This is a pretty limited and exclusive bike...there were only 300 of these suckers produced.  The bike itself was designed by Shepard Fairy and made by Fuji for Obey.  Shepard Fairy is a pretty sick dude...an artist and graphic designer who got his start in skateboarding down here in the South, straight out of Charleston, SC.
